Our Story
RE-TEC Solutions was founded in February 2022 with a single conviction: tenant experience is the engine of property owner success. We saw an industry drowning in fragmented tools, manual processes, and disconnected data, where tenants were an afterthought and landlords were flying blind.
In just four years, RE-TEC has been adopted by four of the largest South African REITs and deployed internationally in Abu Dhabi. Our platform processes leasing workflows for enterprise portfolios, delivers geo-spatial customer behaviour analytics, and provides the AI-driven intelligence layer that modern property owners need.
